Gang Violence Intervention-Live Virtual Training

Our intent for this course is to increase the law enforcement community’s awareness of strategies to reduce gang violence through the exposure of informational materials and research.  The course is a 2 hour course and will cover the below topics:

• Gang cohesiveness and how this relates to gang control efforts 
• The process of gang desistance
• Evidence-based strategies to reduce gang violence
• Information to obtain suspect interviews 
• Gathering gang evidence 
• Gang search warrants and search warrants for persons
