Build the training your department actually needs, on demand

Roll-call briefings, a new pursuit policy, a legislative update the day it takes effect, a refresher after an incident review. Describe it, attach the policy or source material, and the course builder drafts the lesson, narration, knowledge checks and a certificate. You review and publish; it is on every officer's list the same afternoon.

Roll-call training

10-minute shorts, every shift

Turn a memo, a case, or a body-cam lesson into a short narrated module with a quick check. Officers complete it on their phone before briefing, and the completion lands in their file.

Custom and policy training

Your policies, your SOPs, your course

Upload the general order or SOP. The builder grounds the course in your document, cites the Texas statute it relies on, and produces an acknowledgment record you can stand behind.

Always current

Legislative updates that keep up

Our law watch tracks Texas legislation and TCOLE rule changes and refreshes affected courses. Your officers train on what applies now, not what applied last cycle.

TCOLE credit applies to approved courses. Department-built courses count toward your in-house training record and can be submitted for TCOLE approval when your agency is a training provider.

Manage and track every officer from one screen

The training coordinator sees the whole roster at once: who owes what, who is done, and who is at risk before the unit closes on Aug 31, 2027.

Roster and units

Add officers by email or CSV, group them by shift, division or rank, and hand assignments to supervisors without giving away admin control.

Cycle tracker per officer

Hours by category from every completed course, the mandated checklist for this unit, and what is still owed. Officers see the same view on their own dashboard.

Assign, remind, escalate

Assign a course to one officer or a whole unit with a due date. Reminders go out automatically; supervisors get a digest of who is behind.

Records and compliance in one store, ready for the audit

Every certificate, transcript and acknowledgment is generated when the work is done and kept on the officer's file, not in a binder.

Certificates and transcripts

Issued automatically on completion, with the TCOLE course number and hours. Export an officer's transcript or the whole department's in one click.

Outside training and documents

Upload academy certificates, conference training, range qualifications and policy acknowledgments to the officer's file so the record is complete, not just the online part.

Audit trail

Who assigned what, when it was completed, what version of the course they took, and who approved an outside record. Pull it for TCOLE, a grant, or a civil case.

Automations between the systems you already run

Every enrollment, completion, certificate and overdue assignment fires an event you can route anywhere: email, text, your scheduling or HR system, or a spreadsheet the chief actually opens.

New hire added → onboarding curriculum assigned Course completed → TCOLE reported → certificate filed 90 days to unit end → officer and supervisor reminded Legislative update published → refresher assigned department-wide Outside training uploaded → supervisor approval → transcript updated Monthly compliance summary → chief's inbox

Built for the two-year training unit

TCOLE's current unit runs Sep 1, 2025 to Aug 31, 2027. Most agencies discover the gap in the last quarter. An agency account shows you the gap in the first.

Aug 31, 2027: every peace officer needs the unit's mandated courses plus their 40 hours, and ALERRT Level 1 is due for officers who have not completed it. Classroom-only mandates (CIT, de-escalation, ALERRT) are tracked here too, even though they are taught in person.

How it works

Step 1Tell us about your agency, or build your own quote online.
Step 2We load your roster and mandated list for this unit; you add any custom or roll-call courses.
Step 3Officers train on any device; completions report to TCOLE and file automatically.
Step 4You watch the dashboard, get the reminders, and pull records when asked.
