Withdraw from a scheduled class

Want to take the class's exam? Use "Open course." Never use Withdraw for that.

1. Go to My courses.
2. Find the scheduled class. Under Open course you'll see a small Withdraw or Late cancel link.
3. Click the link. You'll be asked to confirm before anything happens.

Refunds

• If you withdraw before the late-cancellation date, you get a refund.
• If you late cancel after that date, you don't get a refund.

Don't see the link? It's hidden once the class's first day arrives or after you've completed the class. Ask your training coordinator to make any changes.

Withdrew by mistake? Contact support right away. Classes tied to a date need staff to re-enroll you.
