COURSE OBJECTIVES:  Handcuffing is one of the most commonly used tactical skill for law enforcement individuals, however it is rarely trained on once an individual has completed formal training.  In this course, we will cover proper techniques, proper positioning, improper techniques, high risk of restrain asphyxia, felony arrest and takedown positioning and identifying and preventing restraint asphyxia.
