Management for Telecom Operator Supervisors (#5304)

This course was developed for Telecommunication Operator Supervisors. It consists of management techniques and procedures which are practical to the supervisor. (We did not address individual communication systems in this course). This course was based on extensive research, but the student must realize that department policy and procedure has precedence over any instruction offered in this course. This course is awarded 40 TCOLE credit hours.

All section material MUST BE READ prior to taking an exam.

Course Activity: 

• Courses are not designed to be completed in one login.  
• All the modules, quizzes and the Final Exam must be completed in order.  The modules are located on the left side of the course.
• To finish your course, you must complete the Verification of Integrity Question after the Final Exam.
