COURSE OBJECTIVES: This course is designed for Law enforcement officers enforcing driving while intoxicated and boating while intoxicated offenses are required to prepare and swear to form and affidavits which are to be used in court proceedings. This course is designed to teach law enforcement officers which Texas Department of Public Safety forms are required to be completed in order to maintain compliance with the Administrative License Revocation program.
The Administrative License Revocation (ALR) Program is a civil administrative process requiring the Department to suspend and/or disqualify your driver license if you are arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or Boating While Intoxicated (BWI).
