Common questions
Do the courses count for TCOLE credit?
Yes. Each course lists its TCOLE course number and credit hours, and completions are reported to TCOLE with your PID.
How does my completion get to TCOLE?
Add your TCOLE PID to your profile. When you finish a course, we report the completion to TCOLE for you. Your certificate is in your account right away.
Does training I took somewhere else count?
On your cycle and certificate pages, yes: upload your TCOLE Personal Status Report and the training on it counts toward your hours and your progress.
What about classroom-only mandates?
Online versions of some mandates (like Crisis Intervention Training and De-escalation) aren't accepted by TCOLE. Find a class shows upcoming in-person classes from partner academies and alerts you when new ones are posted.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account. Certificates and transcripts you earned stay in your account.
